Wielkopolska Association of Quality Research in Poznan, the organizer of the Programme of “Highest Quality” awarded our company with a Certificate of the Highest Quality in the Construction Industry. The certificate was awarded for the highest, guaranteed standards of developer’s services rendered in the respect of implementation of residential developments, retail and service facilities and the consistent implementation of the established vision and business strategy of the company.

Ekolan S.A. won a prestigious tile of Business Gazelle for the second time. This distinction is an affirmation of very good condition of the company, its dynamic development as well as its honest and reliable performance. Business Gazelles are given to companies which year after year achieve increase of incomes and profits, and at the same time are characterized by immaculate reputation, honesty with its clients, contractors, employees and State Treasury. This ranking has been prepared for 9 years already by the editorial office of Puls Biznesu in cooperation with the group of Coface Poland.

The magazine of "Apartamenty i Mieszkania" /’Apartments and Flats’/ for the second time awarded prizes for the best developers and the most luxury developments in Poland. The Apartamenty na Polanie development won the title and the statuette for the second time – for implementation of the concept of architecture combined into the landscape and for attention to the residents’ comfort. The title of ‘The Crystal Clear Developer’ was also granted to Ekolan  - for a dynamic development in the Pomeranian market and high standards of customer service.

The multi-use and residential complex of Horyzont won the first place in the category: a New Building of ‘The Facade of the Year’ 2007 competition, organized by the company of Baumit – a manufacturer of  heat insulation systems, plasters and finishing systems. The undertaking was honoured for both the design and implementation as well.

The second grade award in ‘The Construction of the Year” 2007 for the multi-use and residential complex of Horyzont in Gdańsk Przymorze. Not only did the jury of the competition take the final effect into consideration, but the line of the whole development process as well. Ekolan was among others appreciated for short implementation cycle, which took 29 months.

A statuette of Business Gazelle – a distinction awarded every year by the newspaper of Puls Biznesu to companies distinguishing themselves by both dynamic development and reliability in conducting their business activity as well. Not only is their reputation and honesty towards their contractors and employees taken into consideration, but towards the State Treasure as well. Receiving a statuette of Business Gazelle, Ekolan gained recognition, and among others, regular increase in incomes and profits which has been continuing incessantly  since 2004.

The first place in all-Poland competition of ‘The Crystal Clear Developer 2007’ for ‘well-organized cooperation with a client and attention to the right image of the company’.

A certificate of appreciation in ‘The Construction of the Year 2006’ competition for the implementation of the residential building of Willa Polanka in Gdańsk.

An award of the first edition of CXO Management Leader 2004 for market effectiveness of the company, dynamics of development, good climate and relationships among employees of all levels.

A certificate of appreciation in ‘The Construction of the Year 2003’ competition – organized jointly by the Ministry of Infrastructure, the Polish Union of Civil Engineers and Technicians, the Office of Housing and Urban Development and the Main Office of Construction Supervision. The certificate of appreciation for: -construction of the housing estate of Dzielnica Pięciu Wzgórz-construction of a residential building in Zimna street.

The title of Reliable Company 2003 the Economic and Consumer White List Programme under the European Commission Agency auspices. The White List is a listing of all economic entities which after having voluntarily been verified – has been honoured by a promotional emblem of reliability.

A distinction in the ‘Czas Gdyni’ /Gdynia’s Time/ competition for the best development of the year for the multi-use and residential complex of Witawa. In this competition the developments which are the most important and with the strongest positive impact on the city dwellers lives are honoured. When making their selection, the award committee took into consideration among others the amount of invested capital, increasing the gmina’s property, the number of created jobs, the impact on promotion of the city and its surroundings, the improvement of the inhabitants’ standard of living and the impact on the economic transformation of the city.
