Architecture – Gardenia stands out with modernity and simplicity. The geometrical lines of the buildings are emphasized by the whiteness of their facades, and the well combined glass sections (in the staircases, balconies and flats) will give their residents a feeling of space. The modern architecture of the development implements the concept of a presentable, and also hospitable accommodation. Currently the housing estate is composed of five buildings. In the third phase of the construction of Gardenia there will be one more building constructed.

Safety and comfort – to provide the residents with safety each phase of the project will be fenced. The 5-storey buildings will be equipped with quiet high-speed lifts.  Spaces for commercial and service activity are also provided in the housing estate. The residents of the third-phase-building will have a possibility to use an underground parking space and a ground-based parking space.

Green areas – In the areas between the buildings there will be green courtyards created. In their seclusion recreation areas and playgrounds for children are planned.
