Access – Gardenia is a part of Jasień, which is a perfectly developed district of Gdańsk, located in Kartuska street. In the nearest future Kartuska street will become a street intended mainly for the residents of Gardenia and Jasień, and its earlier role will be taken over by the W-Z Route, which is currently under construction. Gardenia is 7 km from  the city centre and 3 km from the Tricity Ring Road. The housing estate has an access to nearly 10 bus lines, providing service to Gdańsk, Wrzeszcz as well as towards the Tricity Ring Road and beyond it.

Infrastructure – within 1 km range there are district shops open to late evening hours, hairdresser’s and beauty shops, banks, an elementary and secondary school, a kindergarten, a health centre , a petrol station and a car wash.

Recreation areas – the location of Gardenia provides the vicinity of walking routes and cycling routes. Nearby there is the Tricity Landscape Park, meadows and little lakes.
