Miłe Housing Estate is a complex of houses and multi-family buildings, which owing to their simple and pure form combine into natural green landscape of Łostowice.

Architecture – Miłe Mieszkania Housing Estate is sixteen 3-storey multi-family buildings (with 1- and 2-staircases). Their big display windows furnish the interior with a lot of light and provide with a beautiful view of the lake.

Safety and comfort – Miłe Mieszkania Housing Estate will be fully fenced. The ground-based parking spaces, located outside the central part of the housing estate, will improve comfort and safety of residents and their families.

Green areas – the surroundings of the housing estate will be developed at the same time preserving the natural landscape so characteristic for areas located on a lake. Among others decorative grasses, willow, birch and apple trees will be used for the arrangement of the housing estate’s green areas.
