The Double Open Day
Twice as many apartments and a double inspiration – please feel invited to the Open Day at two housing estates in Gdansk at the same time. On that same day, you can visit the Miłe and the Południowe housing estates that await visitors on Saturday, 7 May 2011, from 10:00 to 17:00.

The Open Day is a great way to get to know the particular development - not only see the apartments under construction and those ready to receive, but also look at the standard of finishing of staircases, courtyards and the whole area surrounding the buildings. On site you can talk about the current offer and also take advantage of individual consultation on the mortgage.

For the first time we are organizing the Open Day in two housing estates at the same time. The Miłe Mieszkania housing estate, located in the Łostowice and the Południowe housing estate in the district of Gdańsk Południe are developments of a similar nature, and their offer is addressed to people with similar expectations. Here young families are looking for adjustable practical architectural solutions, convenient access, and recreational opportunities.

The Miłe and the Południowe housing estates are in the distance of less than five kilometres from one another, so during the Open Day there will be no problem to visit the two of them. In each of then there is a show apartment waiting for guests.
