Architecture
Approaching the Pogodne Housing Estate, it is impossible not to notice it. The intimate, three-storey buildings in warm pastel colours for 10 years have been a characteristic element of the district of Ujeścisko. Nearly 1,000 families have dwelt the housing estate so far.   
The new phase of housing is a continuation of the traditional architecture of the Pogodne Housing Estate, but in the new look. Villa Nova-type buildings will have elevations in fresh, bright colours. Enlarged windows, no lintels, double balcony doors will make the flats very bright, full of light. The buildings have a spacious staircase, with wide stairs of convenient, low steps.

Safety and comfort
The new phase of the housing estate is a space without cars. The car traffic will be carried out on the edges, leading directly to the underground garage hall. Thanks to this secluded places of rest with benches surrounded by rose pergolas will be created. The whole area with some places of rest and a playground will be fenced.

Green areas   
The Pogodne is a family housing estate with traditions whose essential element is green. The buildings of the new phase will stand on a rose hill. The theme of the green areas will be blooming roses: in the flower beds, on the slopes and pergolas.
