Access  - Pogodne housing estate is located within the streets of Łódzka, Wilanowska and Nieborowska. To the city center is 6 km away, and the Tricity Ring Road - 8 km. The advantage of this location is a good connection from the housing estate to the city centre and other districts of Gdansk (12 bus lines). In accordance with the plans of public transport development in Gdansk the housing estate will soon gain additional access to the center through the expansion of Łódzka street and a new tramway line. A faster access to the Ring Road will be provided by the W-Z route is  currently being implemented.

Infrastructure – the housing estate is located in the center of a developed area on the border of Ujeścisko, Orunia Górna and Chełm. Within 2 km there are schools, kindergartens, shops, hairdresser’ and beauty salons, banks, a health center, a church, gas stations. A few hundred meters away there are also chain supermarkets, open till late hours. In the immediate vicinity it is planned to construct a kindergarten.
