The possibility of flexible adaptation of the offer to changing needs of our customer is one of the advantages of dividing the whole process of construction of the housing estate into stages.. During the sale of the first  stage of the Apartamenty na Polanie it became clear that customers were looking for premises of a high standard, but with very different floor areas, including also the smaller ones. Thus, in the second stage of development we have reduced the average floor area of premises, and thus increased the diversity of available apartments. Among the new solutions have also been:
