Not only does Gardenia mean elegant buildings, but also a good location. Within a radius of 1 km from the estate there are local shops, which are often open until late evening, barber shops and beauty shops, banks, a primary school, a secondary school, a nursery, a health centre and a car wash. All that makes that not only Gardenia is an elegant but also comfortable place to live in.

Currently the construction of two multi-family buildings is about to come to the end, which  together with building A already being delivered make the first stage of Gardenia. Their receipts are planned for March 2010. However, the implementation of the second stage of the Gardenia housing estate is expected at the turn of the years of 2010 and 2011.
