During the open day held at the housing estate in Kartuska street, customers could see the first finished building of Gardenia. Our consultants gave the guests a tour over selected apartments, and those interested in buying an apartment of the second phase had an opportunity to get acquainted with the current offer. A Christmas meal of Christmas cake, hot coffee and tea was waiting for our numerous guests.
Even the best photos will never replace impressions, which accompany a visit to the development site. Gardenia is not only elegant buildings, but above all a good location. Within a radius of 1 km from the housing estate there are district shops, often open until late evening, hairdressers’ and beauty shops, banks, a primary and secondary school, a nursery, a health centre and a car wash. All that makes that at Gardenia people will live not only elegantly but comfortably as well.
Now the construction of the three multi-family buildings which make the first phase of Gardenia is nearly completed. The first residents will collect the keys to their new homes in the second half of December. Some of them will have the opportunity to spend Christmas in the new apartments. Receipts of the next two buildings are planned for March 2010. Whereas the implementation of the second phase of the housing estate of Gardenia is expected at the turn of 2010 and 2011.
